Aristotle and the Cephalopods
In his view and in the view of, let's say, the classical Greek world, he got virtually everything right. What we would see that he got wrong, in that regard, is when he describes the cephalopods and bluntless. They simply have a different color of blood than most of those terrestrial animals. And what he makes a reference to certain qualities like the fact that they lay imperfect eggs,. But by imperfect he means, that's a term he uses in reference to other animals as well.
