Sally Kohn: We are moving into an era in which jobs and income will become increasingly uncertain for many. And that requires us to rethink the entire relationship between education and the labor market because the labor market is so radically changing. She says we need a different kind of theory, one based on political economy rather than skill bias theories. The world we're about to enter is going to be even more radically different from the one I've just described," she adds.
