Toyviz - The Toy Action Figure Company
Carl Eichen now has control of Marvel, but there's just one problem. Carl Eichen didn't own all the debt. There are actually big Wall Street banks that had also loaned Marvel a lot of money. The court case wasn't over and the company still needed to officially reorganize and exit bankruptcy. This is where Toyviz ends up coming back into the picture. It was owned by this guy named Isaac Perlmutter, who was an Israeli American. And he proposes a new plan to the creditors of Marvel that involves Toyviz putting up money and paying back the creditors and then taking control of the company away from Carl Eichen.
