Are the Mar-Lago Documents and the January 6th Insurrection Different?
There's not been an indictment or a charge against Donald Trump for any of the two matters, much less a trial scheduled. And who knows when a trial would ultimately happen. The Mar-Lago documents have a certain set of witnesses, have certain legal issues, and certain potential charges associated with that conduct. And very separately, in a different timeframe, you have the issue of the January 6th insurrection. As I've also said, I think that the timeline with respect to both of those matters is quite different.
