Is This a Concrete Garage or a Steel Garage?

Alex, i'm a little bit curious because there's been a story shared with us about how you were able to flip a parking garage design from concrete to steel. What was going through your mind? What was the process and how you were, i'm guessing, able to save the engineer, the contractor and architects money. I do want to qualify by saying that i was sort of just the agent of that manifestation,. There's nothing that ever happens in a bubble, so all the glory for that really goes to the fabricator.
