Training Tips - Is Leo's Happiness a Good Thing?

I do find that my relationship with pain has changed like discomfort athletically. I definitely judge it a lot less and you know, just feel kind of at peace. Maybe partially is because I feel zero pressure because my only goal right now is like Leo's happiness, your happiness, make sure my athletes are happy and drop every other ball. Do you think about Leo when you're out there running? Yeah. Totally. So I'm going to get to a very cool training tip right now. We'll see how much of the science we dig into on this in particular,. But this is on the microbiome and how it relates to motivation through the most amazing study that just came out in nature.
