Do you think that higher fat intake is the key to lose more weight or, or lose more body fat more? Yeah. That definitely is because we've coached lots of people, including women who's really struggled to lose weight on their fat loss journey. And the key has been to consume more fat, um, and to consume more food. A lot of people will try and lose weight with a, you know, calorie deficit, like what you're talking about. Um, but really it starts to fall off when you give yourself enough nutrition so your body can let go of the energy stored on your body.
