Prescription of Colonestrics Inhibitors in Mild Cognitive Impairment

There's not a great data unfortunately that the prescription of colonestrics inhibitors in mild cognitive impairment prevents progression from MCI to full blown dementia syndrome. Some prescribers will sort of trial the medications and MCI in certain circumstances. Do you recommend that neuropsychologists discuss these medications with patients and prescribing clinicians? If so how might we approach this in our report recommendations and our feedback sessions?
