How to Be a Great Product Manager

If you feel like if you protect your space, you're going to be a fantastic product manager. That's really what I would look at for ruffling feathers. And then figure out how do I get people so excited about this that they want to come to me. You want to be pulling them towards you instead of pushing your stuff on top of them.
