How to Deal With Burnout
I don't have a solution for this, but what I would like people to take away from this is a Q&A. There is a danger when you are in a position of even minor responsibility within an industry where you can end up setting a bar or setting a precedent. The only thing that I'm quite proud of how we do this is that we don't push the other people involved. Like we're very conscientious of their well-being.
