How Meditation Can Help With Insomnia

The American Association of Sleep Medicine have given the big thumbs up and endorsed meditation as being a treatment for insomnia. Just experiment add this piece in if it feels good to you but also specifically the study I'm thinking about is that meditation in the morning helps you to sleep better at night as well all right next up obviously let's get into bed get into bed you want to make sure that you're asleep in sanctuary your sleep environment is set up nicely we did an entire episode dedicated to creating a sleep sanctuary so make sure to check that one outWe'll put in the show notes if you haven't done so already and let go that's what sleep really is it's the practice of letting go.
