I think it's one of the best ways that I've found to describe what it's like to be a lexicfime to neurotypicals is, is like a threshold, related condition. Like most people, if you take like, a quantitative number on anxiety levels from like zero to 100, perhaps a lot of neurotypicals they'd be able to tell within their 20 to 50% range that they are a certain level of anxiety. Whereas when you're autistic and or in you have a lexerfime, that might be 70, 80, 90%. And a lot of those strategies that we learn to calm ourselves down can't work for someone with an autism spectrum disorder.
