The Dot Com Bubble
There's never one unifying theory that maps to every bubble. It wouldn't happen if there were a consistent theory that works for everyone of them because you'd spot them before they got too big. Every bubble is going to be different because we all know what happened in the last bubble. We don't want to make that mistake again. So we'll make a totally different stake. The bubbles might be cyclical, but you don't really know which it's certainly not a be a be aBe kind of cycle. It's probably a longer cycle with epic cycles. A bubble has to have a narrative and narrative has to have some sort of external validity.
