What an Amazing Story!
You and chris taught in bosnia. Man, that that must have been fascinating. There was a centre for central banking studies at the bank of england. They were mostly engaged in technical assistens work. Former soviet republics coming and needing assistance. And bosinas sort of fell into that category even though it wasi was a fall two thousand three when we did this. We heard many stories, and one of them i carried forward into the class room with me,. which is similar to the classic story in a text book about prisoners of war and selling cigarettes.
