I love that I I totally resonate with the disconnect between what you're writing and yourself. One of those things like as you said related to this you said once it's written down it doesn't belong to you. People think it's your identity you've put on the page but what you're really doing is creating these permission slips to other people to say oh I think this too and it's not that crazy. And then yeah you wrote another thing you're writing this psychological block is to decouple your sense of self from the work while still expressing yourself through it such a subtle balance how do you do that in practice?
