It's Not Your Fault, and It Was Not Even Theirs

It's not their fault. They didn't make this happen. And again, neither did you. There is nothing that we can gain by trying to turn back the clock and point fingers and assign blame. Bad things just happen. Talk these things away. You have a very different perspective on these things. Remember, this is just another day at work for you. This is probably one of the worst times of their life for them. So do what you can to put them in the right headspace for it. Talk to you next time.
