What Is Your Morning Sleep Routine Like?

I'm dependent on locking in my wake time as a course or cadaing queue. My bedtime and not even before bed and going to bed early enough is actually about facilitating the proper wake time. So that leads us to that second question, which is what is your morning arguably sleep routine at look like? And I love that anchoring of that consistent wake up time. We find that to be so, so important. Well, late partying or working or stressing or whatever. It doesn't matter. I got the same time.
