The mental preparation for such an event requires kind of a mindfully developing your emotional agility so that you're not even if you are thinking clearly it, you could still be in emotional rack and get thrount of your game. If you're out of balance there, and i you take too much energy from your support around you, your family, your work, you're not going to be Able to sustain it.
