Clarence Thomas: A Black Panther's Story

Clarence was the only member of the BSU to vote against the black corridor. He helped launch one of the group's biggest initiatives, a free breakfast program for local inner-city children. The Black Student Union formally challenged the suspensions but Holy Cross's board of trustees stood firm. On December 12, 1969, nearly all of the 60 or so Black students at Holy Cross got together for what they thought was the last time.
