I'm really keen to talk about man-of-partners and some of the things you're doing there in much more detail very shortly. But before we get into that, how did you first get involved in trading or even financial markets for that matter? Where did you start out? I started out at first Boston before it was rebranded Credit Suisse first Boston. That was in 1991. So I worked on their equity derivatives desk and working on program trading systems.
