The Fear of Irrelevance

The fear of irrelevance is not something we usually, like we wouldn't criticize somebody and say, yeah, he's kind of like, I've known him forever and such an asshole. But sometimes there's something about this. And it frustrates the team sometimes because they aren't really given enough time to percolate and work things out or establish a new bulkhead that's going to really work for years and years.
