Have India Not Developed Nuclear Weapons?

Had india not developed nuclear weapons, the whole story would be different. The chinese would have already taken over parts of india,. And even the relationship with other countries woud have been very different. So we don't quite know what india's a delivery mechanisms are. These are classified matters. But it gives you a certain leverage when, even when dealing with a very, very powerful nation.
