What's the Difference Between Rent Assistance and Tenant Support?
The outerlying parts of the bay area, out in uno mor suburbs like like antioch, don't have that intrastructure. A anniar didn't pass those kind of laws, and they didn't have their own evict laws. And so i think what we saw was just interesting next this point here: This was a place that people were getting pushed to, and it was also a place that really lacked a lot of resources for rent assistance and tenant support. It's where a lot of our regions people of color live, communities of color that have been pushed there.
