Transgender Women in the Female Category, Sport Perspectives on Testostron Suspension and Performance Advantage
Going through puberty as a male gives you physical advantage, even if your testostrone is reduced to the level of a female. There's been two review studies that look at this question. The only muscular advantage enjoyed by transwomen is only minimamly reduced when tistostron is suppressed. So, i do think that the knee jerk reaction in this case is based on the evidence that we've seen from review studies.
