The Difference Between Public and Private Sector Unions
The public sector unions have much smaller wage differentials compared to the union workers, to non uion workers than in the private sector. The idea that somehow or other, public sector workers are this codl thing in this country is so off base. Public sector people are less, i would say, inovative. Their whole job thing is, don't cause problems. In the private sector, we applaud people who take risks. And yes, you may take cake a risk, andy win, andthat's good, and the company prospers,. et cetera. There's thes ther's a big difference in howthe how they behave.
