Head Space - Ten Ideas

Open up the sense of the whole body and let attention sort of rum around to whatever sensation is most prominent. Not directing it, but letting it wander within a constrained field. When you notice the mind has wanderedjust gently bring it back. And now slowly bin tour attention back into the room, opening the eyes to the screem. So that's it. And ten ideas, just keep practising that for another ten, 15, 20, 30 minutes. The recommendation is to do forty minute a day, every day. Some people practise just 20 or 30 minutes a day. There's no should, there's no must do. Ah, there's a really great ap called head space
