Neil Schuller: How can we help eliminate anti rational means and eliminate them from the cultural zeitgeist so that faster progress can occur. He asks why it is that people decay and eventually come to the end of their life each of which if only we could solve would enable us to be immortal. We focus on creating wealth and rapid progress today rather than slowing down progress because we think that might be a solution to a particular known problem namely something like climate change, he says. The two things wealth and freedom that we need in order to prepare for an unknown tomorrow are being fixated by certain problems such as climate change or covid but there's no reason these issues shouldn't be addressed
