How Do You Encourage the Next Generation of Leaders?

I'm not a really big fan of management layers. I trust my people, and i give them lots of space to tell me what we need to be doing. And i think that is probably the biggest thing that they can afford to their colleagues. Everyone has something to teach each other. So you just need to be able to give the room to show some one else what you're really good at,. What ou're really passionate about, or what you've just learned. We just need to give our ourselves the space to explore that talent.
