The Need for Accurate and Symmetrical Information
Democracies and republics require high quality information, even markets do. If i am not a rational actor doing really good sense making that has the impho to compare what a better product or service is, whoever does better marketing that emotionally compels me ends up winning rather than better product in service. Tha system starts to incent extraction over real production value. To all our large systems of coordination, whether their more state like systems or market like systems, require accurate and symmetrical information for people to make good choices.
