The Invisible One

An old man had three daughters, the youngest of whom was small and weak. She became known as the rough-skinned girl among the villagers. One day her sisters decided that it was time for them to attempt to see the invisible one. But they were told off right away by their sister who could tell when they couldn't see him. So she made herself a dress out of birch bark and reshaped her father's old moccasins. And then she walked through the village to the invisible one's home. The villagers were laughing and mocking her strange clothes but she continued on undeterred.
