Every one I'm looking for, I'm talking to sellers. If a seller has a property that's free and clear, it's always just going to be straight seller financing. So those are the real two strategies that we focus on. But once again, you might have a seller who's a little hesitant and giving you their deed while the loan stays in their name. And so that's why we offer them a lease purchase. That's kind of almost at the bottom of the total bulk.
