Calen: I think we think muscle helps us get around, and that's all it does. But it's more than just the hanging off of our bones. It's doing so much. We're continuing to understand how muscle fits in with the other tissues of the body and how it talks to them. Can maybe help us identify how we can combine exercise with another type therapy to make the best benefits possible. That therapy might look like a drug, or it might look like another type of wellness, a activity like mindfulness, meditation, yoga, whatever.
