Is There True Accountability Within Current Democracies?
We're very aware of the example of Tay that was corrupted within minutes and turned into a narcissist. We would have to really concentrate on the AI platform so that it wasn't corrupted by people who wanted to influence the outcome. In the near future, it sounds like Sam will help survey voters about issues rather than run for office. Bots and AI can be a way to not replace humans in politics with all of our messiness and imperfections but to help us navigate politics.
