The Importance of Pathologic Complete Response in Soft Tissue Sarcoma

The concept of using pathologic complete response as an important surrogate endpoint is currently being widely used across many cancers. How much or how little do you feel that these results here can or should be extrapolated more broadly across different histologies and with or without immunotherapy? I believe this probably crossed all disease sites. But I still believe that we need additional studies for soft tissue sarcoma.
