How to Make a Music Video Effectively
There's a lot of room to tell stories in music videos for sure, but you can't hijack it and have it be a short film that happens to have the track underneath. Most people are going to discover these music videos by going on YouTube and wanting to actually listen to the song. And if you start the music video off with 30 seconds of, you know, a narrative short film before it kicks in, yeah, that might affect how it does for the artist. So definitely make sure that you're not trying to make it anything. Anything it's not either because at that point nobody's winning.
