i think there's a whole different sense of perception, sensitivity and interest that women on trpenters can bring to bear. I'm delighted with the three waytogrow business model. We've got 30 or forty distinctions that we've come up with. But i think the biggest thing that i have done is really help people really appreciate the audience they serve.
