Most managers leaders, they just need to be a little bit more strategic. Planners will hand over cheques only if they think you're worthy of them. They understand that the customer is the dependent variable and not the other way around. We cannot force people to do things we can't control. It's very resting the way that you put it, just the it almost seems like you have a higher resolution view on to things now were tha things inter connect as well.
