The Transformation of Mobile Phones

When mobile phones came first came out, not smartphones, mobile phones. It was transformational and I happen to be working with AT&T at the time on a strategy project. And they just kept telling me about quality of service,.quality of service, mobile phones is just terrible. But once you add something new to the mix, all of a sudden priorities change. The fact that I could take a phone call my way home from work that was related to work but maybe, you know, save what would have been an extra 45 minutes in traffic or something like that.
