When we're lying in bed and we don't get up, it's very easy for the mind to kind of wander. Other typical things are ruminating in anticipation of an upcoming event or something you're looking forward to. And then finally wanting to actually have that familiar feeling of worry because it's become something that you just do habitually all the time.
