Economists are like cloisteredd monks who don't want to talk to the public about how to fix the country. They prefer to study economic and financial problems rather than come up with solutions. This has been a colossal failure, this entire retirement account. So you don't have anybody with any guts talking down in washington. I think our job as economists is to prescribe medicine, not just a steady disease.
