Doing the Omoplota in the Gym Isn't Always a Good Idea.

The omoplota can be dangerous because you are not even really using your legs, using your legs to immobilize the arm. You're putting your entire body weight on top of your opponent's shoulder and twisting it. The kimera is a little bit riskier because there just isn't that much muscle that your opponent can use at that rotation to brace against the pressure. So when you get up and start leaning forward, just you always want to be very, very slow and deliberate tdoing that. If you just rocket forward, you could put your opponent in the hospital.
