How to Overcome Losing

Teacher Katie is listening out on the webinar and she says that I currently run an after-school ADHD social skills group at my clinic. And children are struggling with emotional regulation surrounding instances of winning or losing. So if we're talking about kids that have a hard time with losing, my first question is how bad is their self-esteem and self-confidence? What's a person supposed to do when they lose?
