I'm really sure that from a brain perception judgment point of you, what you feel can be just as simple as can you feel your heart rate to you feel extreme anxiety or frustration or conviction. There is information in there. Basically none of us have been taught to think about it that way and we certainly haven't been taught to look at it and analyze it in any way. And I can tell you those people who do, there is, you know, there's alpha in it, there's market performance in it,.There are fewer bad decisions because you end up being able to mitigate working out your personality in the market. That actually opens you up also to better instinct, intuitive feelings.
