And I've gone more in the other direction of cognitive flooding which I think is more power. Yeah. So it's really a guided imagery or a sort of hypnosis maybe? It has overlap with all of that. You're not guiding the image toward anything peaceful however. That's the difference. You want the patient to maximize the anxiety and make it as awful as possible. Next one is image substitution.
