We talked about last time in part two, we can redirect to more helpful thoughts. I think with acceptance, some people really get stuck on this idea that I just have to accept a bad situation. So maybe I can just allow it to be there and understand it is something that's just going to come up when I'm presented with a challenge or a high risk situation.
