How to Track Your Workout Metrics in a Weekly Planner

i decided it might be time to separate things out and try the weeks. The planter has an annual spread, which i'm going to use for something wellness related. And then there are monthly layouts for each month, beginning in december. Since removing instagram from my phone, it has become much, much easier to stay in line on this particular metric. I think that having a calendar spread to track it and stay a war of patterns will be really, really helpful for me as i try to make using my phone less just a completely ingrained habit.
