CPTSD - How Do You Help Other People With CPTSD?

I'm not an advocate for mental health, I just want to help people. The government thinks they're doing things by giving money to charities and think that's their part done now,. But the charities don't spend it on it. Every quid that goes to a charity, one P gets spent on where it's meant to be going. So it's just a fucking appalling, you know. And I've opened a survival school, Bushcraft School, called the Maverick survival school in 57 acres of woodblock. Do you miss the military? Yeah. That was obviously a stupid question.
