The Importance of Teamwork

I've been in so many situations as a co-writer where I've thought this artist is amazing. Unfortunately, I happen to know for whatever reason the team is just shit. Do you know what I mean? Oh, you meet them and go, they're not right. The label's not there. So it kind of is just a heartbreaker, isn't it? It's sort of like you got to get your team good.
