You're seeing the intstructure get built up even before any stimulus. The panama canal, i think, in two thousand 15 or 16, already put in a significant a widening of of certain areas so that they could handle much larger ships. So more volume ultimately making its way to the east coast ports, rather than just go directly to the west coast.
