The Legacy of Arceli Lohagan
The company Arceli worked for announced the trust fund they created for her sons, had grown to over $100,000. On March 1, 2010, just over two years after Arceli Lohagan was killed, Christopher Wachiston stood trial in front of a queen's bench justice. CCTV evidence from Calgary Transit was played in court. The video shows Arceli Lewagen, who had just got off work, walked to a nearby LRT station and waited inside a transit shelter until her train left at 1022pm. Watchiston was also seen boarding that same train.
